Depending on what part of America we live in...we either have a screen door (fresh air in/bugs out) or we have a safety door. Safety doors are useraly a cage like door or fancy-ish styled metalworks over plexy glass. There are also steel dead bolt doors.

Yep, we have a metal type decorative medieval looking door (no plexiglass. ) Call them Storm doors. It is also used to ward against invasion, as well.

Wait..I just noticed something odd AF! When we hear that repetitive knocking and he opens the front door @ 8:36, he has to physically unlock the outer screen door {8:45} to get out!
