At Walmart if there is a “clearance” sign on the shelf, TAKE A PICTURE OF IT and show the Walmart cashier when checking out. You will get the clearance price. My Walmart is notorious for this.

But they can't help it when someone decides to leave an item there. I tried once, they had a full cooler of packages of chicken breast and the sign said $5.50 each.. not per pound, they would not honor it. That was definitely an employee not signing correctly.

Just an fyi you showed a lot of items with the tag stating “gift” (you wanting to buy when they go on sale) but “gift” items will never go on sale 😕
