I love Cass. Planning my 4th visit this coming summer taking my 2 great-grandchildren to see what I call "my mountains". The houses are great as well as the train ride. Thank you WV for preserving this wonderful place.

Sheila Clendaniel We have been going to Cass since 1972. We even rode the train down the Greenbriar line before the flood took it out in 1982. We are looking forward to this new ride. Hope to do it this year. Too bad Virginia is so cheap they won't do something like this. Maybe they would get our vacation money.

Walter Scriptunas II Walter, what is the soundtrack? I must hit iTunes forthwith. You might check out Rob Dougan's instrumental "Will You Follow Me?" to consider for the future, though it's shorter at 3:49.

Janis Bland Janis, this was royalty free music from incompetech.com. They have a nice selection. The two titles are listed below. Kevin MacLeod "The Descent" and "Majestic Hills"

Great job! really nice aerial shots. I love taking aerial videos in WV. So much beautiful scenery; I only wish I had more time to explore the rest of the state. I am definitely taking my kids to Cass after watching your video. Thanks for sharing... thumbs up and subbed!

Great videos of Cass. My brother and I go there many times a year, we actually met you a few times. My wife and I spent a few nights on Bald Knob and I was able to get some aerial video also (the weather cooperated). Heading back for the end of the season. Keep the videos coming.

Hey man! Just stumbled by this. If your dad is Walter then I'm sure I worked with him at Progressive Electric last year! Anyway, just curious what drone you're shooting with? I'm with a Mavic now but thinking about upgrading!
@shayfan7 жыл бұрын
Hi Ryan, yes that is my dad! This video was shot with a Phantom 2 and GoPro. I now use a Phantom 4. The Mavic is great, I'd love to have one myself due to the portability. I would hold out on upgrading for a little bit because I figure the next updates from DJI could be worth it... especially with the Phantom line.

Contact me if you'd like to update your video, this railroad deserves more than some drone shots. (which have aged a bit)
