Hi! I love your videos! Just a quick question. I used high lift color on my hair. Now the roots are growing in. I’m planning to retouch my roots. Is it safe to use permanent hair color all over my head/hair whenEver I retouch and freshen my color? If yes, how many times a year is safe? 2 times? 4 times? Or should I just apply to permanent color on the regrowth and apply something gentler liker like demi/semi color on the mids and ends? I hear permanent hair color is damaging. Thank you very much
