We call this "bankye kaaklo" in Ghana. We eat it with coconut too. A very popular Ghanaian street snack and it's so yummy. We grate the cassava, squeeze out the juice, add salt, onions and fry. We don't add pepper to ours and we don't leave ours overnight. We fry ours with vegetable oil.Guys trust me it's super crunchy and delicious. I love it so much. Welldone sis 👏👍

I'm really interested to try it out, but why is the second method not crunchy? that's the method I want to try bcos i can't afford to use such amt of red oil abroad for it (very expensive)
