To do this, the pumpkin can be baked, as in our recipe, you can boil it with a small amount of water or bake it in the microwave without water at maximum power for about 10-15 minutes, then put it on a sieve, let the excess liquid drain and pierce with a blender.
The amount of sugar in the casserole can be adjusted to your taste. In our recipe, the taste is moderately sweet.
You can bake a pumpkin and cottage cheese casserole in any form, it is more convenient in a detachable one with a diameter of 18-20 cm.

Получилось не так как ожидалось. Моя тыква оказалась более сочной (нужно было на ситечке воде дать стечь). Сахара можно на 10-15г побольше. А в целом полезный десерт на лето))

У меня почему то после духовки запеканка жидкая, ничего не загустело даже после холодильника

Скорее всего у Вас где-то было отступление от рецепта... Может какая-то из основ, тыквенная или творожная получились слишком жидкими перед выпеканием. А может недостаточно крахмала.. Я только в этом вижу причины. Очень надеюсь, что у Вас все получится! Спасибо, что поделились своим мнением)
