This is the best Halo cover I've ever heard. No useless vibrato, no overstimulating voice play - because this song needs clear notes, clear powerful notes that underline the lyrics, not distract from them by fiddling the voice up and down the scale - just raw emotion. I heard a Pianist play thid and decided to look for the Beyonce original. I found it surprisingly harsh sounding considering the heartfelt sentiments thr song contains. Plus the drum sound overpowered it's beauty to my ear. So i sought a cover that might emphasise its poetry and expression it's vulnerability smand courage. Here I am.
