I love your dogs! I am amazed at how fast little Early runs! Bella and Bear are definitely farm and family dogs that are loyal, affectionate and good protectors. Do you still have the Great Pyrenees? We don't see him/her that often.You are blessed in many ways!

When Houston throws the net make sure he lets it hit bottom. When he starts to pull in the net he pulls hard which causes the lead to come off the bottom and fish will swim underneath and get out. Tell him to make short jerks which closes the net then pull up to close the bag of the net. I taught my son to throw a cast net when he was 4 and he is now better than me. It doesnt hurt that we live next to Pensacola Beach so he gets a lot of practice. I hope this helps.

Get you some quart jars with lids & funnels and put some corn meal in them. When you put them out turn them on there side put some trotline string on the jars and with a good stick set them out you should catch some minnows.

I always have a 2 inch bobby garland slab hunt'r like a whiteish gray color with a 1 16th or 1 8th white jig head and I normally always grab something on it spring summer any season anywhere a normally always get something I would sujest trying it

Y'all should put hybrid bass in the pond! Awesome fighting fish that isn't shy about bit'n , Can't reproduce, and will eat the pellets so they don't really complete to much with black bass!

All fish go deep in hot weather. To catch feeder fish for Houston's pond. Feed your fish with the feeder at the bass pond. When the minnows and baby fish start feeding then throw the cast net. When the younger smaller fish feed, the bigger fish get curious and come to the shallow. That is when you cast your net after you throw feed out

The fish have gone to deep water in hot weather, they go to weeds and deeper water where it’s a lot cooler just like we go to cooler spots . You check structure in deep water you will find them

Otters can clean out ponds in no time at all. They will catch and kill fish and lay them on the bank and go right back into the water to catch and kill again. I have seen them leave the pond area with dead fish laying everywhere.
