His unfortunate issue with his self-imposed need to wear tinted beautiful glasses day & night, would, or would not, prevent him from obtaining a USA DMV CLASS-A DRIVER'S PERMIT to practice driving with a DMV licensed adult instructor, in the meantime ...?

@@mothermom5329 he can only see about 10% or less out of "his" left eye. He got hit in that eye with a rock and slingshot when he was a boy. That eye doesn't look normal. I don't think he has an issue with brightness, but he is probably self conscious about it. In the beginning of my abandoned houses video with him, he wasn't aware I was going to record video and he didn't put his glasses on until he realized he was on camera.

@@RichardsWorld But will the USA DMV make a restriction issue out of the existing vision challenge situation, to issue one to him, should he go apply for a learner's driving permit at least; if not a regular driving test ID application?
