My Castex upright vacuum, sort of an interesting take on Electrolux's Prolux uprights, but I think far more solid, the blow molded plastic really is very solid and durable. Very interesting belt arrangement on it too.

Get the factory magnet mounts for the nose for paperclips and staples, and you can't go wrong. The L head are the FASTEST way of covering square footage with chairs on the ground, rather than stacking them on the tables before hand.

I saved one from the trash and I can kinda see why they didn't last on the market, you have to pull the entire brush motor assembly out to replace the belts, I had to replace both because the brushroll bearings got dry and too stiff for the old belts to handle, oiled the bearings and they don't make any noise whatsoever and replaced both belts with clear synthetic rubber belts, I also had to drill out two of the base screws because they stripped out, base still is tight on the machine so I'm running it like it is,

They're industrial usage, and when they don't use them to get to know HOW to AND when to do change over operations of filters or bags, then they over ride the persuasion design that were so wonderfully engineered for quick pace custodial service techs in business environments. NOT INTENDED FOR HOUSE HOLDS AT ALL!

BUILDING is the intended word previously misspelled. Woops. Once again, INDUSTRIAL USE WAS THE INTENDED MARKET!

When you're using 200 units a year and turning them in to your service department to replaced beater bar bearings and worn beater bars, KEEP THE WANDS IN YOUR BUILD, because for some reason, the wands NEVER come back from SHOP with the machine (tube heaven or something), so be careful.

From my experience they get turned into melee weapons that the maintenance guys whack eachother with
