If castle gets them they don't become a pu. If Aragon gets them they eventually do (it's a glitch as far as I know), however if castle gets them then castle can get a pu on Aragon much sooner than normal (though you will want allies for the succession war, it also will help if you get Naples before Aragon releases them)

Watching a lot of these videos makes me see how much power creep there is in EU4, especially in new missions. Missions that give you permanent buffs, missions that give you personal unions, stuff like that. It's crazy watching these videos with my 3 DLCs knowing most of these strats are completely unachievable.

As for forming the Netherlands, they can give you 25% siege advisors which is really nice. Maybe not as useful for a pre-1600s WC, but still handy to keep in mind.

I know some people will say a pre-1600 WC is easy and other stuff like that and get good, but for pre-1600, what are the top 5 countries? and is France anywhere near the list? I've done WC with France a couple patches ago but managed something like 1750. I can't see any world in which to do them pre-1600

TCing everything isn't a great idea. It's going to be a serious hurt on your gov cap as you expand. Also, you don't get the goods produced bonus from non TC land in a TC region.

You can use te macro and then right click once on the diplomat, this will turn te color from green to yellow and prevent it from leaving after 0 relations.

@@CatNibbles depends how you play them, Castile has the benefit of being able to expand in multiple different places early with colonization especially in Africa. More so if you want to no cb Byzantium and cripple the ottomans early, no cbing is not as bad with Castile early since you lose stability anyway from the civil war events so might as well make most of it.

auto diplomats doesn't actually get them out the coalition-outraged countries don't leave the coalition until 50 opinion, and the auto diplomats sometimes stops before then.

80% cap for the cost, but 90% cap for the time to core (so 90% ccr means your time to core is -90% instead of -80%)
