I love how she smiles when she says "Hold my hand" and then he gives her a look like "r u ok?" and then hurries and says "so the cuffs won't cut us" she just wants to hold his hand :) and then later how she says she wouldn't mind being handcuffed to him again..but without the tiger ;)

She smiled at first because she was probably thinking Castle was a resourceful and sweet man, always there with a solution for her problem (hunger or whatever). Feeling touched and appreciative she offered to hold hands, so their wrists couldn't be cut by the cuff. Clueless Castle had to ask 'why?' LOL.

I find it funny only because a year ago or more she would have never accepted that they were stuck together. she would have found any way to get those cuffs off. And now it is as if she is truly enjoying being cuffed to him.
