Your old acc must be connected to any platform like fb/gmail.. if it doesn't, it means your acc can just only playable on your old phone (played as guest).

someone Shaheen , its a goos question . First , you must have a gmail account and you must play CC on that account . If you want to play on other device , you just go to setting and connect to your gmail ( that you have play CC on that before ) thank you .

at first... you will automatically login in as a guest and go to setting and search for 'switch'...go to your old coount that have been bind with Gmail
