Sir Cepparello funnily enough when I played the Japanese version today he was around + two other mini bosses stage 4 and 5 (the armour).

@@andrewkang7157 I investigated a little... And it may depend on regional variations; This longplay is the north American version, the first to be released (Japanese version a.k.a. Vampire Killer was released one day later; moreover the game underwent censorship when localized to PAL regions in both Europe and Australia because of its dark themes and it was called Castlevania: The New Generation..). I played the normal mode. But I just learned about these additional differences reading on a castlevania wiki: " The Japanese version is closer to its American counterpart but still includes some changes. The game is titled Vampire Killer, the normal mode is less difficult (fewer enemies and stronger characters), and the password screen does not show after a stage is completed, but only when the "End" option is chosen on the Game Over screen. In addition, the Easy mode won't skip mid-bosses, features four continues, and regardless of the difficulty setting it will always play the full ending." So It's not the Frau Blücher's fault ;)
