@@somethingnew2761 this story wasn't just made as a show. Each character has appeared in different games througjt the series, the lore behind the belmonts, including the picture of Leon Belmont is taken from the games. Leon comes from the first in the timeline- Lament of Innocence)

Yeah SOTN is a certified classic, one of the most revered games of all time. Metroidvania games get half their name from the games that this show is based on. I'm just glad people finally got a chance to see how amazing some of the characters are now that they had time to flesh them out in a show
