@aalhdy All the conservative remedies might provide improvement in skin condition, leg edema or heaviness. However, none of the methods can make the veins go away! That's why some procedure laser, glue or sclerotherapy is the usual requirement especially if veins are larger or increasing over time.

If you have started developing recurrent varicose veins along with skin changes or ulcers, you should review with your vascular surgeon and might need to get the veins treated again. Only castor oil is unlikely to help you much
