3:10:41 Nitro Warrior specifically needs Nitro Synchron as the tuner the only reason why Yusei has been able to use Quickdraw Synchron as the tuner is because Quickdraw Synchron counts as any Synchron monster for the synchro summon of a monster but can only be used to summon Synchro monsters that require synchron tuner monsters.

This tournament was another great one, i really came around on gill with that cannon soldier play. Surprise moment when a knight takes out his six shooters and just starts blasting lmao and I'm glad to see the mc's getting their dues with their decks with these power ups. I'm just ecstatic to see such great play from the ai now or at least moments.

A few nice plays does give me hope. It seems a deck needs to be extremely basic like Yugi muto or a full archetype like crow to be used somewhat well.

The funny thing about the first duel between Armstrong and Sayer is that no matter what Armstrong would've won with exact damage, since Repairman inflicts 300 points of damage when he destroys a monster.

Stardust didn't revive itself in Yusei's first duel because it was summoned incorrectly, i.e, not by Synchro Summon.

great video. i figured blackwings would get far. that deck was broken back then. glad the main 5d's characters did better then last time with their dragons. I'm sure when they get their other support, they will be much better. randsborg was a surprise, but i loke the joker deck. cant wait for next weeks tournament.

Man this was fun to watch. Lud made it pretty far but even if he made it to finals I don’t think anyone was beating black wings. Favorite duelist of this one was someone completely out of left field for me. Love them card knights now and hope to see them again.

Hunter Pace is one of my favorite characters in the anime. Because he isn't classist against Satalites he just cares about dueling, winning, and after he lost to Jack. SPEEEEEEEEEEED. Instead of just using all his cash to get a better deck he chose to train himself by using a forest as his damn obstecale course driving as fast as he can he adapted his strategy and started focusing on the speed counter side of dueling which was neat. Hunter Pace is amazing XD

I don't know why but I always associate lava Golem with the Warden. I think it would fit in his burn deck.

I remember Yami Marik using Lava Golem in Battle City and it was insane. Warden Armstrong could use that, but I want it to stay an iconic card for marik. Plus Warden Armstrong seemed to build his deck with a strategy for everything, Deck out, burn, attack increases. All the fun stuff.

How do you do the AI vs AI in master dule how were you able to do that?

I think the most annoying simple thing the master duel AI does is not chain call of the haunted to monster reborn. At least, out of the common things I have seen, besides summoning 3k defenders in attack position.

Virtual League does not apply. Those duelists typically don't own the cards in real life and aren't seen as very good. Minor league was just a way for The D to gain back some respect from the community due to his controversial rule changes.
