It absolutely will cook 2 steaks within its alloted operational window. I took it out tonight and cooked 2 steaks without any issues. Though, when I was cooking the 2nd one, I got distracted watching KZbin and accidentally overcooked it.

LoL I mean It "worked"... it cooked the steak but I don't think even in a pop up cook out that I'm going to grab this thing. For a little bit more I'd buy a Smokey Joe Kettle and have it forever and more than likely get a nice sear and grate marks on it.

I know it doesn't come with a lid to increase the temperature during the grilling as most manufacturers do.They could have improvised unless they prefer a medium rare steak each and every time. #justathought
