hi aayushi, sentence 2 also establishes the current context of the paragraph that when the romney revival began his fame had suffered a total eclipse. It establishes the time frame of the paragraph. Sentences like 2 make more sense at the start of the paragraph than in the middle. Moreover, 1,3 and 5 all explain why his fame waned and thus are supporting arguments. Thus they should come after the sentence where the author says that his fame had suffered a total eclipse.

Don't write long summaries. Just try to use few words for your understanding. If you can understand that is enough. And to get used to manage time, practice more RC's and slowly you will get more used to it.

Hi Shubham, though Non-MCQ questions do not have negative marking, the time spent on answering them will still affect your percentile. If you are asking if you should give some answer in the hope that it is the right one, then you should as it can only have a positive impact on your percentile. So accuracy does not matter but time spent on it does.
