At 10:30, both will be at the same place. Since the speed of S is greater than that of R, in the next moment, he will overtake R. Therefore, the time should be 10:30. That is how the question has tobe answered.

One important thing about CAT Exam is that it doesn't ask how many concepts you know but rather how deep you know about the concept. You need to be perfect about some set of concepts like arithmetic or algebra until you are able to solve any question from that concept. That helps with answering the questions in CAT exam. We suggest selecting some concepts, and practice deeply in that concept, and repeat the same for the next one. All the best.

The previous year questions, Cracku daily targets and our mocks and practice room questions. We have four sources for your practice which have a good collection of easy and difficult questions. Do check them out.

Sir, I was able to score full marks though using different techniques but well within the time limit. Please could advice whether should I start solving harder arithmetic or start focusing other parts of quants. ( I am non engineer)

Make sure that you are thorough about all the basics and the concepts of all the different topics in the Quant. After you are thorough with all the concepts select a topic and go deep into that. Give sectional test to check your proficiency. After you are done with that topic go to the next one. You can give mock exam and you can check at what level you are at. If you are weak in some questions you can target that topic. There is only last few day left to CAT exam. Make sure you are thorough with the topics of what you want to target. And don't forget to give mocks. Hope this helps. All the best.
