I got better at quants eventually and the reason was not some magical video but lots and lots of videos, practice and analysis. Just keep taking steps in the right direction, one day at a time.

sir the detrminant is given by A = 1/2 [1 * (x2y3-x3y2) -1 * (x1y3-x3y1) + 1 * (x1y2 - x2y1)] but what she did is that she reversed it and wrote 1* (x3y1-x1y3) instead of writing -1 * (x1y3-x3y1) eg : - 1 * (5 - 3) = -2 or it can also be written as 1 * (3 -5) = -2

Explanation is very complex. Board work also untidy. I have had better teachers but still its good for revision because topics were well known previously.
