Unless you have a Poulan Wild Thing, then use that🤣

I do!!! About ten years ago we had a group of guys do a WT build off and raced them all at a chainsaw GTG, it was a blast and if your saw blew up who cared.

@@Andyshine77 been wanting to do this for years. It’s harder to find a Wild Thing that’s in good shape than ppl think🤣

@@IndianaDoug believe it or not taken care of they're better saws than say a ms170 and way more power, most people that get them know nothing just trash them.

I'd use all of them saws😉👍. Do you still have the Echo 7310? Could throw it in the mix too...thanks looking forward to it😎

I do still have it, but a friend bought it and, I'm going to port it before I send it to him.

@@Andyshine77 nice. I bought one and ported it. The transfer caps are tricky to seal up if you do any upper transfer work...😳😉👍

@@jimssawsnstuff8903 so it's best to just my right angle headpiece than to remove the caps? I know they're sealed on there good. I use Hondabond on transfer caps on the Husqvarna's with success, what sealant were you using?

I use Threebond 1184. I watched a really good video from Mitch (Meba1) called “Do it yourself Echo 7310 port job how to”. He seems like he does a great job with his builds and knows his stuff. He put a lot of work into learning these saws and has some a couple dozen or more by now. Also...don’t over do the upper transfer mods..:🥴

Yeah I know Mitch, we've had discussions about the saw. Threebond should hold, but I think Hondabond and Motoseal flex and hold real well, have to pry cylinder off when I use the stuff. Transfer can be tricky if you don't know what to look for, sounds like the 7310 likes more slowdown, I bet you can also go through the top of the cylinder wall too.
