Cat 315 BL - Failed electronic throttle - Part 1

Both are now fixed but this was a multi-day adventure and so much incorrect info from dealers it was laughable. A field service call would have cost me 500 to arrive on site and 130/hr. I had it fixed in about four hours of total time.
