This weekend I downloaded this mod and have to say that it is the best sound mod I discovered so far. It doesn't need any updates because it is already perfect! This engine doesn't get boring -> at low rpm it makes a deep and loud growl and at high rpm it is screaming almost like a 2-stroke detroit diesel. Sadly in my country there aren't such amazing trucks with those incredible engines. But with those mods it gives me the ability to feel like I would drive this truck in real life. Thanks friend Slav For the good free mods, and also for some details that make their mods unique. Being them: The whistling of the turbine when changing gears, the lack of that bothers me so much in the Zeemods sounds... The adjustment of the jake brake, making it "weaker" to compensate for the flawed physics of the game, in which the trucks do not pick up speed on the descents, and it seems that SCS will never fix this, and until today I have not found a physics mod that fix this not even the slightest bit. I think I'm going to have to take one of the game's creators with me to go down a mountain when I'm heavy, so they can be aware of the mistake they make. Thanks again, and I hope you understand my comment because I don't speak English, I used a translator.

The exhaust is too muffled and chewed. Sounds like it comming from a very deep place. Sometimes feels like the sound is missing at some rpm point. A little orthography error: Tuned 700 version shows 550 HP instead of 700 HP. I like the jake brake 3rd stage, 2nd and 1st is way to quiet. Love the blow-off sound, very cool.

@@SlavJerry If you're gonna revise the jakes might as well do the N14's jakes. N14's stage 3rd is great - loud, firm with a little burp which is cool but the 2nd and 1st stage sound too different and quiet just like on this one (3406E). I think the best jakes now (as of July, 2023) on your 3406B - all stages are similar with just little different volume. P.S. Your latest N14 low rpm sound is very cool man, when pulling out that vibrating turbo whistle sounds very realistic like the most semi's I6s. You're really growing there pal.

hey Jerry, I have an idea for you. why don't you make two versions of your engines, like ones like this and some that have that rumble most lower quality videos have that make them sound powerful and such, maybe give it a try on this engine and see how it sounds, if people like it you could possibly do it for your other engines if people like it enough, just giving a concept idea

the thing is that it will mislead the viewer that it's bassier than it actually is, also I've already mixed appropriate amount of bass through my flat headphone also those "lower quality" videos that has much more bass could be several unintentional reason: audio software such as EQ, or too much volume gain which results in clipping audio

If I turn on the jake brake and increase/decrease its power sound doesn't change in any way, but it works when I turn it on via the "Engine Brake Toggle" button. there is the buttons you could assign in setting to increase and decrease jake brake strenght
