I think ham sab students motivate hote ha videos dhelhkar ya phir jo log hame suppoet karte ha family ma ya phirvjo hamre accha freiends hote ha wo bhi bolte ha ki sab accha hoga give up mat kar o and alll but i think ham sab students ko iss phase sa nikalna jaruri ham sab student kisi bhi chizz ki prepration kare ho chiye wo cat hoo ssc ho bank ko ca ho upsc ho doctor ka liye enginear hoo ya koi bhi profession ho han sabko problem ati prepration time ham sab low hi feel karte ha or kisi sa motivation lana sorf temporary soltion hota ha taki ham wapis sa prepare kar sake but relaity yahi habki hame khud ko samajana hi phadtha ha ki ham kar sakte ham karene or 1 din ham hamra dream pura karenga ham sab students bas try hi kar saktr ha q ki country ka according dhelha to india ma bhoat compition ha har chizz ka specialy government job ka so ma yahi bolongi ki low feel hona bhi important q ki jab tak hame lagaga ki sab sahi chal raha ha tab tak jada effoorts lagana chod danhga but jab hame lagta ha ki khuch sahi nahi ha to hum or bhi jada efforts lagayenge apne dream ka liye or try karenga or jada 😊😊😊😊

I took CAT last year when I was in the 2nd year of bcom degree and I was in the same situation as you have right now I had left the gym thinking that I would get extra time for my studies but it didn't happen as I thought of i didn't get good percentile in cat and main thing in the after cat there is 5th semester exam of college so you have to be prepared it before hand right now i am in the last year and i am taking one more time i would only advice you to schedule your preparation and grab some time for activities outside of your house

i would suggest you to continue your gym as you would be physically active and gym is one thing which helps you deal with any sort of stress or negative feelings. It boosts your energy as well and there you meet and interact with people which is also necessary.

Bro my life is going full Same like you, can't relate more, I wake up follow my schedule and make video then edit and sleep, but I try to go out in my balcony and take fresh air and listen to music and watch some videos to cheer up but I try to go outing for one evening in 7-8 days which helps me to be in good mood. Bhai if we will handle this situation and move then something good might happen with us❤

Bhai even I'm in the exact same situation as yours. But I'd say start going to the gym once again. Even I did and I'm feeling a little better. So I'd say choose one activity you like to do other than studying and do it every day so that you don't burn yourself out!
