his week on how not to sew... a cat beanie!
I fail so you don't have to. I had a theory to test - to see if I could create a cat beanie in the easiest way! I had recently purchased a pink toque, but it sat weird on my head. It was the perfect beanie to attempt this on. I wanted to repurpose it instead of buying an already made cat beanie.

Hmmm yes I did say… tbh I add it 2 years ago and it’s not a tutorial, but my own journey in testing it out. I think I thought the ears were added somehow. But where I went wrong was using the right ribbed material. You’ll have much better luck with crochet! Or a thicker material I think. I hope this helps!
