Cat cough

Cat coughing, sneezing
Went to the vet, Xray looks OK, 1 shot of antibiotics, was given steroid pills for asthma. None of the medications ware helpful. The vet said he is just getting over this cold very slowly. Does anyone know what this could be?
1 month later.
Found a vet who took a specimen from the lungs, under anesthesia. It was found an infection caused by Mycoplasma felis. The cat is treated with Doxycycline, liquid, for 28 days. After the 5th day, the cough disappeared completely.

Dust your whole house with a swiffer sweeper broom / mop that has pet dander wipes to collect most pet dander and then get an air purifier that has a “HEPA filter” cuz it focuses on pet dander more. Your cat should stop doing this. This is usually a dust airborne debris type of issue.
