When we decided to have cats ( five now) we decided that their comfort and enjoyment is more important than the "decor" of our house. It makes life a lot easier and our friends accept that our cats are more important to us than being on Architectural Digest.

We did test this and yes they will attach to straight legs. It comes with little plastic attachments (it weaves the straps in and out), it relies on tension. The chair legs need to be far enough apart so the straps fit. So it can fit securely to straight legs. Thank you for the question.

I would like to see exactly how the straps attach to a straight-leg chair or table, so that they don't slide down. I looked on the website, but maybe I'm missing something.

Thinking about ordering a few of these. Question though: will the straps slide if the legs are completely straight, 90 degree angles with no curved portion to help secure the crib from slipping down the leg?

what is to stop the 4 straps from sliding down the legs of the chair? i know they are velcro but still... ooppps, nevermind,,,i just came from your website. ;-)

"eyesore" Man, when you have a cat you have to adapt. what a shitty way to make sales to shallow people. it is a good idea however, this sale would make me not buy it.
