Also, you didn’t mention glass bowls. My Ragdoll loves his glass bowls. This was recommended by my breeder. You can get a glass feeding and water bowl that sets in a nice unbreakable stationary container on amazon.

My ragdoll is 16 I got her after reading a book main reason said they don’t shed a lot of hair, let me talk you they do!!!! Also they don’t like you sleeping I am sleep deprived, however I love her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

💗 Oh yes, they DO shed! I don't think they shed more or less than any other cats, but their fur is very soft so we found that it is easy to remove from clothing :) Does she wake you at night? Ours are very good night sleepers, we're very lucky with that! 💕

Is a cat tree necessary especially if you have small space?

Absolutely! Cat tree is a place where your cat can relax fully undisturbed, but also, the scratching post are necessary for cats to scratch and stretch on. Another point is that without a sturdy scratching post your kitty will try to find other places to scratch on, most likely your sofa, bed or other furniture

Did you know that many cats are dehydrated because cats actually get their hydration from wet food and not from drinking water? Many cat owners only feed their cats dry food and very rarely wet food, which is why they become dehydrated.

Yes, that is definitely one of the biggest reasons! Our cats are on a raw diet, which is definitely best in terma of how much water they get from their food :)

Not true, some cats do like privacy. My Ragdoll, Romeo, was pooping outside the box under a bench until I got a dome covered litter box. So, I have do disagree, my cat wants privacy when uses the bathroom.

Cats also love cardboard boxes. What do you think of laser toys? Some of the cats I have sat for loved them. Also, some cats love catnip, while others don't care for it at all. I played with a cat who loved to chase a little rubber ball on a stairwell, if you have a stairwell. Also, I sat for a cat that loved to sleep in the space behind my knees. Sometimes I would fall asleep and when I would turn over, I would find him there. Another cat would notice when I was getting ready for bed and would take a position on the bed.

One tip, you dont really need to trim their nail as they have a scratcer they use that to get rid of old nail parts

People who only adopt from breeders because they only want a certain breed of cats are super shallow. All cats are beautiful and you should try adopting a cat from a rescue or a shelter. I don’t support breeding certain cat breeds because that’s only for shallow humans. 😒

Judging where someone gets their animals is super nit picky, shallow and straight up unsessasary. Shelter cats can have a variety of problems that they will be less likely to have if you get them from a reputable breeder. All cats need homes and that doesn't exclude purebred cats. I got my cats from the shelter but breeders really aren't bad.
