She is a queen and wasn’t in the wrong. Yes she shouldn’t have kicked it and broken the broom but if you were in a situation where you’re isolated from social support constantly being attacked and experiencing it as a woman of color (yes there were other woman of color and yes there were trans woman of color who also navigate the world through different yet similar experiences) she experienced rage and that was her way of expressing it because the other options is to remain silent and suffer. Staying silent will never orotect you so im proud she stood up for herself. “YOU DO NOT TELL ME WHAT TO DO” is so iconic and her imposing herself and not letting others dominate her is inspiring. Additionally, she expressed she didn’t want to talk about it. When you are angry you need space to unwind and places like big brother where you’re constantly being filmed, competing with others who might conspire against you, and never having privacy takes a toll mentally. She literally went to her bed under her covers and it was the other contestants who followed her and escalated the situation. They could have easily recognized she was clearly in distress and given her space or taken a more gentle approach (of course its hard to when you feel disrespected or unsafe). There was definitely things both parties could have done better and i obviously dont watch the show and know the background or how the season develops and finishes, but i think its important to recognize iconic behavior as well as moments of resistance towards power structures that try to dominate and control women of color.
