Some angel descriptions differ each play through too. Sometimes the text says they look at you very eerie and other times they smile at you.

also at the end you got the rat in the trap screen on the menu

It's at the very end 2:31 pause somewhere around that time and look at the title of the game, you see "Rat in the trap" written in red and upside down, if you start a new game when it's like that you may get another special screen

@@L16htW4rr10r also idk if there are only 2 of the special screens but I've only seen that much, 1st one is most common, you get some dialogue like this: "I'm hungry" "I need to eat something" "My. Eye. is. ITCHY." the other one not so sure what it is, but there's dialogue with it repeating "Sis" more and more, but I haven't seen the full clip of that, I hope you find more Easter eggs in this game since I haven't seen most of them, maybe try looking through the game files? also I realised that this reply is really long lol
