@Ethan2xm85 Turns out, there is (supposed to be) a system for people who struggle in life, where such people can receive help in various aspects of their life. I doubt a cat can go to institutions on its own, talk to humans in an understandable way other than making literal cat noises, fill out forms, provide ID, etc... What I am trying to say is, that it isnt the job/task/responsibility of other individuals to catch/take care of/help other people, but rather that it is the responsibility of the system to help people. If the system doesn't work (which is obvious that it doesn't), then a country really has failed its citizens.

I can only WISH I got the favorable reaction Seven receives from strangers and casual acquaintances. If I was consistently greeted with "Hello handsome!" and then fed treats, I'd probably only go home to sleep at night!
