Yes just a phone block. You can use either a USB-A or a usb-c block, both work fine but of course usb-c blocks charge way faster.

You show, to charge the unit itself, plug the USB into the port on the unit....what do I plug the other end into...? I don't want to use a block plug that I insert the other end of the cord and then plug that into a standard household plug-in and ruin the unit by attempting to charge with too much power. Do I plug the other end into a USB port, perhaps, on my computer...???

The battery was halfway charged, as I expected. I plugged it in to charge, and it indicated charging by the battery indicator moving up. A couple minutes later it stopped doing that and just showed half a battery with no movement. Then it the screen would just go blank (went off, I assume). So I tried to charge something else from the battery to see if it would work the other way, but it wouldn't charge my phone or my computer. So I tried the AC plug, and it worked. And the air worked. The light worked. But it's been two hours and I can't get it to charge.
