Cat Trial 9: PAC-MAN™

PAC-MAN™ is celebrating its 40th anniversary and we’re celebrating the milestone in an epic fashion with The Cat Trial #9: PAC-MAN™. With the help of skilled operators, we built a life-sized game board using the latest Cat machines, attachments and technology. Our players (including Cat customers, expert operators and gamers) used remote controls to operate the giant PAC-MAN™ and the ghosts. Just like every jobsite, they found a challenge waiting around every corner. Luckily, they were able to power up with Cat Services - from Cat Customer Value Agreements, to repair options, to the Cat App and financing options from Cat Financial.

I got one for an excavator operator attemting to load his machine on a boat. Boat tipped over and sank, excavator slid off and didn't float. Just seen his boom like the hand of a doomed man reaching for help... But there was no help....

Fun Fact: When You reach 256 Level of the Game you can't play the game because of "Integer Overflow" which means game tries to calculate some values which it can't store in it's memory

The ending pays tribute to Level 256 of the original game of PAC-MAN™. 40 years ago when PAC-MAN launched, there wasn't enough memory to render the right side of the gameboard, so it shows a garbled code. Our dozers helped show our version of a garbled gameboard. - Debbie
