Hubby and I haven’t seen any bugs, spiders or ANYTHING since we got our rescue twins in February. Recently we’ve had THREE blowies on different days. NONE have been buzzing for as long as 30 minutes. I’m convinced our rescue kitties rescued us from the Australian blow fly summer. I only just discovered Owl Kitty, via the Jurassic Park video. LOVE.

Bleh. This year has been miserable for most people too. The most wonderful thing from last year for me was getting married to my childhood sweetheart :3 This year I'm just coasting on being grateful for what I have and accepting that economic collapse isn't something I can stop. I just need to make sure everything is nice for my special someone when she gets home from work. She gets stressed with all the new rules and stuff and how people have been a lot more rude lately. I just wish that people could accept differences and focus more on what we have in common. I'm sorry for laying this on you. Sometimes I need to vent a bit to stay positive.
