Horrible termination crimps, in a perfect working scenario they are ok, but when your working up on a ladder with poor lighting they will take about 10 minutes to install. If you have a large number of them to do they will take forever. All that is needed is the standard clip with slightly bigger individual tracks for the thicker cat 7 cables. They are much faster to install and you will save money and have a lot of less room for errors. Them are too much hassle compared to the standard ones.

So i see a lot of videos where they coper tape the shielding at the end there to ground. But yours is the first one where I actually see a ground wire instead of the shielding. So if I was to do the copper tape method would I need to do with the shielding and ground wire together or just one of them?

hi, It really depends on what type cat7 connector you use, if u use same with video connector and want using copper tape, yes, the shielding and ground must together, but pls be careful your copper tape don't be spoiled. bcz this connector the end very sharp.
