The way my guild did the flame tracking during air phase (Incision of Fenris) was to have a holy priest PW:S (With Body & Soul talented) bubble the person targeted, then once he was about to get , we would have our dedicated runner (Warrior) hit the gongs and with a combination of PW:S, Heroic leap and Leap of Faith (Life Grip) not die from the fire tracking.
