The thing about kids being obsessed with stuff is so true. My 2, nearly 3, year old knows tons of the real names for stuff, so someone says "cool dinosaur!" to him and he says "its my cryolophosaurus!" or whatever, its cute. And then my six year old doesn't want to be left out and will pipe up with all the facts about what the eat, when and where they lived, what family and genus and whatever they are, rheir relatives... its exhausting but cute haha

Pretty sure what Maya is saying by forcing you to find the drawing of Anita is that it wasn't actually her fault that Maya killed herself and that Anita meant a lot more to Maya than she realised. That Maya was already hanging by a thread was not Anita's fault. All of the abuse that Maya suffered in the school sections was what Anita got to experience to understand what it was like to walk in her shoes. Anita being selfish, lonely and depressed was a product of her mothers abuse. A cycle that Anita was about to continue. But due to Maya's death, Anita wanted to kill herself too. But she is not allowed to continue that cycle of causing problems, leaving it all unsolved and leaving more grief for the living. She was forced to acknowledge that what she did was shitty, that Maya did see her and cared about her, that Amelie still cared about Anita and that killing herself was not the way out of this, but facing her problems were.

I also was unimpressed by the Switch 2. I am sure more will be revealed about exactly what it is, but to me it just seemed like a Switch Pro, like just an upgraded Switch. Visually it looks identical except from being bigger, and a different color. I am sure the specs will be better, but honestly that is not enough for me at least. I am not a big Nintendo person anyways, I just like Zelda and Pokemon really and dabble in others. So I mean I definitely am not getting one on launch my Switch barely gets use anymore anywho.

Good reflection and some good thoughts here, though I do disaree at points. See, I never minded being a side character in Dawntrail. I thought that was fine. It's just that the story is so bad, Wuk Lamat such a bad character who heavily overstays her welcome, getting *very little* time to catch up with the Scions, and things we were promised (e.g. a rivalry among the Scions and finding out more about Krile's past) were more like afterthoughts and were not satisfyingly delivered. I would have been perfectly fine being along for the ride if Dawntrail were a more satisfying experience and a better story.
