I used to love insects when I was a kid and would pick up anything I find even spiders and maggots and roaches and praying mantis and used to capture bees and got stung once in a while 😂 but stopped when i was 19 and didn't touch them for years now that I got older I hate them and wouldn't even pick up a ant they feel disgusting and make my skin crawl it's as if I never picked up insects before

rhino stag and flower beetles are so under rated cause there is still this stigma of thinking insect, beetles and cockroach are disgusting but they're not, so I'm so happy when a big youtuber shows beetles and if you want to get into beetles serch rainbow stag beetle or the elephant beetle, they will blow your mind!

Fun fact: Hercules beetles have grippy feet to hang on to places and to challenge other males over females. Which ever male lifts the other one into the air first wins the girl over. So they need grippy feet to hang on to the ground. Also no one asked I just thought it was a cool fact.

Hope you have a great time in Japan. I have always liked gachapon and I thought that they could be something that catches on in America. I have not seen them for sale much here in the U.S.. People are used to the American machines which are cheaper,but they don't have the same type of things and they are not the same quality.

They have another toy store in akihabara that is gigantic. One thing that I like about Japan is that tourism is big business and they still have alot of brick and mortar stores. I miss all of the department stores and malls.
