This is great. Thank you for sharing your journey! I am going through something similar. I have a practical question for you. Now that you have experience using this setup, how do you feel abou the positioning of the weight? I see you positioned the new batteries where the old fuel tank was. However, I think that the center of gravity of the boat is closer to the mast. Have you felt like this was the correct position for your batteries? I am planning on adding perhaps double the batteries that you have so trying to make a good call about positioning. Thanks!

There needs to be more random deer walking by your driveway. Also, maybe a random squirrel encounter. Man, you've put a lot of work into that.

I will speak to the deer and see what they say. Also, I know someone that knows a squirrel. It has been said that they work cheaply, so I may be able to afford a cameo.
