man, I'm really sorry the ship skipped the line getting featured ahead of other amazing creations that you have already recorded. hope I wont get too much hate for this :). but thanks for presenting it cause I put a lot of work in this. yeah the lower deck is not meant to be visited cause there's where all the rides supports are and i couldnt get rid of them. as i've said it before, i suck at building coasters, the Torque is the only one I can make it go wherever i want because of it's speed boosters :) watching your video i realized there were some small details left behind - i even spotted a hole in the deck and i'm gonna fix those. you've been right about some elements on the ship that dont belong to me: the lights animals, the table with chairs on the food court and those awesome pillars i used on the 2nd deck. i put the links in the description of my workshop. and ha! Bill Burr is one of my favs too (Louis C K is my #1, tho) - i havent seen his latest on Netflix but i'm gonna. thanks for sharing my ship with your awesome community.

No Thank you Xtraordinar! Don't worry about cutting in line, I already promised I would feature you and you just so happened to finish early. I don't think anyone is complaining, you absolutely blew them out of the water! :D The responses are great! And I just thought of something for your inner deck ride supports problem. You can bring up terrain under it and the supports will stop due to terrain. Place a lump of terrain between floors and you could essentially build an interior. However, it's not necessary. This is great the way it is, but I thought I would give the solution if it was something you wanted to do. xD

Damn, I was mid build on a cruise ship with indoor rides, but my computer just couldn't handle it. I have got a big park build coming soon, will be sure to submit it! over 56'000 pieces in just the mainstreet and a dark ride!

Will be sick once it has some better coaster designs. Right now the coasters don't really fit though, just a bunch of straight lines shooting off the boat.

I really really wish the game could change the coaster type "on the fly" so you could change to a different coaster type just to mess around and see what it would be like as different types. I have always wanted this feature in the game and can only hope they one day make it happen

Absolutely amazing build. Not a fan of the overly long walk-up from underwater though. Would have been better to construct a pier across the water to a stairway up to the side deck of the ship IMO. As for the river rapids, interesting idea, but basically a no-fun zone. There's no thrill to it and, as you discovered, only one float. I'm surprised anyone would even bother riding it. Seems like the park isn't fully completed yet considering there are several areas that have walls blocking access to locations (like to the theater) and open holes looking down into the bowels of the ship interior. Noticed some z-fighting textures on the side of the theater seating area. There was an odd floating light in the hallway leading to the Fun Zone. Nonetheless, even with the bugs, it's still a fantastic creation.

I agree on the pier across the water. When he was showing me screenshots I said make them come from an island across a pier and board the ship that way. Would have looked really cool. But then he showed me the path underwater after, and I was like derp. My suggestion is to late :(

It's a shame Planet Coaster didn't include pools, waterpark attractions, and more items guests can actually interact with, like RCT3 had. Perhaps they'll give us that kind of stuff in a future update or DLC.

Yeah that stuff was RTC3 expansion stuff, and Frontier did work on that. So i'm sure they have those same goals and plans for Planet coasters future! :D Let's hope so anyways! :D

Loved the Titanic part, reminded me of when I went on a cruise ship. We were at the photo studio wanting to make a photo like the funny one they had on display. The captain was there at that moment when the staff were telling us it wouldn't be possible because of superstition and not wanting to panic the people on the ship. So I turned to the captain and asked him, but he told us the same thing, that's when I decided to tell him and the staff that if that's the case, why were they displaying the photo as something we could possibly do, why was the hallway/cabin music constantly playing "My heart will go on", whilst on the tv they were constantly showing Titanic and Deep Rising ( I had to explain what Deep Rising was about).....needless to say that after pointing those facts out, the captain promptly invited us to a free "dinner with the captain" to make up for being unable to make the photo and for pointing out the hypocrisy of everything I pointed out.

Can you tell me the specs I would need to run this game I love sandbox games like this I could spend hours building things and rides. I have a gaming laptop core i7 processor 2GB graphics card and 8GB of ram I'm sure that be good enough too at least run on medium settings. I'm more of a console guy but games like this I love to play. Anyways great channel love it keep it up.

Well, depending on what you want to accomplish in this game I think your PC could cover great aspects that majority of players find the most fun. Which is making blueprints, and coaster blueprints to share and upload to the community. Since those are restricted too 2000 pieces, I think most computers could handle this. This game demands a high PC the more you add to it. The game runs pretty great on my pc, and mines quickly getting dated: i7-4790k cpu, R9290 4GB overclocked GPU, 16 GB ram, running on an SSD. I still think I could use a better graphics card, and more ram to really get into the bigger parks with a better FPS though.

See.. this is the thing that pisses me off about PC.. why have the options and limitless building tools to do whatever the fuck you want when your consistently held back by your specs... ruins the game for me

Yeah it's a game optimization issue. LOD's arn't optimized enough, no advanced rendering technique's like object culling were used. It's a bit unfortunate cause even with a bran new rehauled pc since this video, it's not a whole lot different. And my spec's can't get any higher. Not sure if future computers will handle the game any better, as it could be issues related to the software / engine. I do however hope this is not the case, as if the game runs perfectly 10 years from now, we may finally beable to make mega parks with 10,000 guests! So who knows, maybe planet coaster will see a resurgence down the line. :P Here's to hoping :)

What we do with our time becomes our life. It's a strange world we live in these days. If this was 100 years ago Xtraordinar would be using his time to paint instead. Creative people need an outlit, this allows them to express who they are. I would not fault them or say they have no life, as life is about being creative. If anything I would say he's living up to his potential by making people smile and go WOW!! :)

haha well... i work as a creative director in an ad agency so i have many other ways to express my creativity but clients wont let me do coasters or amusement parks for them ... yet :)
