Great video man!!! I will no longer complaint about the Samsung OfficeServ 7000 series IP config ever again haha. I'm Samsung certified on the iDCS and OfficeServ products and I'm looking into getting Avaya IP Office certified. I know the basic features are all the same and it is just a matter of learning feature codes and the voicemail side of Avaya. Thanks very much sharing your video.

Good evening. This Avaya central has the call forwarding function. Example a customer call my office the central attendant does the dialing dial 1 for financial, dial 2 to speak with the legal she has this function ... ????

How do I become IP 500 certified? A company wont hire me if I am not certified and I Do not think I can get that training unless I am a Avaya partner? I have hooked up lines to the ip500 before.

+daniel morales a standard CAT5/6 Ethernet patch cable. Some Avaya cable ship with a ferrite core molded onto the cable. The functionality is the same.
