CATAMARAN MARKET UPDATE from Grenada

The market for late-model, low hours, top quality catamarans is still hot but we are seeing 5-8 more listings each day as the Caribbean high-season comes to an end. As the hurricanes start coming off Africa the under-insured catamaran owners will panic and want to dump their cats fast so to get a good deal you must be ready to pounce on a truly good deal. Gary Fretz talks about the market while on a survey in Grenada (a place of "good deals") and his friend Nick talks about the huge land crabs there and the National Dish of Grenada.

It would be good to know what a 40 and/or 45 foot big brand 5-10 year old cat costs these days. List versus actual sale prices would also be cool.
