If the transaction was not recorded properly, that's entirely separate. That doesn't even make sense, though, given this a private company. What does anything you talked about have to do with if he used campaign funds or not? It's not illegal to have an affair if he did or cover it up. It's illegal to use campaign funds to do it. Freedom of speech gives people the right to lie in public. Stormy can lie to her heart's content in public, the same way Trump does. But if she lied on the stand, then it's the defense's job to prove it as that would be integral to proving their client's innocence. The existence of that interview is meaningless because it's not something the jury would be allowed to consider as evidence. Your comment isn't the "gotcha" you think it is.

Do you know I’ve just listen to the whole recording could you imagine having your attorney in a confidential meeting record you without your knowledge and then play that recording in a trial that has nothing to do with that recording, what happened innocent until proven, guilty and what happened to tainted evidence that was not obtained legally do you know like a cop pulls you over and takes you to jail and doesn’t read your rights or guess what you get off but this is an example of an attorneyrecording unbeknownst to his client, and then using those recordings who is allowing this into a trial
