@ilovenana pftttt I messed it up loll but it doesn't look too bad I guess, I mean u can't really tell so I'm just waiting for my hair to grow back out so I can cut it again, and I finally found a perfect tutorial on youtube cause I tried to wing it myself, that's why it's messed up.

I just found your chanel, ngl i thought i will dislike it, but then after a bit i started to like , you give me that swag/scene mix of 2010-12, quite nostalgic, plus i really love that this style is going strong, i hope it never dies, emo was my favourite style, i even had it half of my life, until i decided to just swap to the style i always liked, i still sometimes want to go emo-edgys sometimes . How old you? I'm 26, you seem that you may have been same age as me, which would make it cool, i already feel old enought lol. I don't want to be alone in that

ohmygod im so glad i found this tut because i am just SO lost when it comes to cutting my hair (last time i did it my left side was an inch shorter than my right side D: this is so helpful ty! i will DEF do this when i straighten my hair (i have wavy hair and its in the awkward growing out phase

Yes it does but make sure to not cut the layers too much because due to shrinkage they're gonna look way shorter when they're going to be dry ;)

I have been doing my hair with a razor blade (since i saw Johnny gilbert's video), then after a few years I realized I was taking chunks which left parts of my hair uneven. Now i visit a hair dresser but she still can't get the haircut style after a couple times of going there and showing haircut example pics and explaining the stairs type thing cut and the other terms 🥴

it looks like a combo of letting the scissors blades take away hair and putting pressure on them to make calculated-ish cuts
