Why on earth did actress who played Starr not rack up a load of Emmy's. That child was truly talented and very believable as an obnoxious smart mouth. That takes talent!

Wish Todd had told Blair that he risked his life to get to her; that he loves her enough to do that. It might have significantly changed how she handled his return.

He is. Rh actually remarked in an article way back in 93/94 when he hid in vikis shed b4 he was her brother that it bothered him fans were mushy over him w/ cj & sarah. Even though he said todd care about those kids he was also a master manipulator & he was using the kids to bring him food do favors for him as rebecca was their babysitter. So obviously he wound up really loving those kids by 94 & no manipulation was going on when he saved cj & also told the kids to stop their petition & when they ran away to visit them he told them to oretend they hated them to tina so they wouldnt be running off to see him & get in trouble w/ their parents. Rh was such a upstanding young guy b/c he never ever let the writers try to forget or gloss over what todd did. He even quit the show while under contract when malone tried to pair todd & marty. It already bothered him todd & marty were having fire side or chats over drinks. He also didnt like todd as martys " white knight " so here of course he loves starr just like he cared for & then loved cj & sarah but rh said todds always a manipulator its his nature. Thanks to malone coming back oltl lost rh for 8 years. Malone was of course the head writer who wanted to pair todd & marty. He saw his awful writing w/ victor sr returning , which the writers had dorian say to viki mitch hired an imposter. Also having mitch return revealing he raped viki & he saw malone wanting to have todd rape blair. They wound up doing that awful story w/ recast todd but copped out as blair had some tumor & couodnt remember what happened. Rh never resoected malone who brought him on as some frat boy used him as a plot device to go from a harmless but obnoxious frat boy brat to a gang rapist which he said dusturbed him & the other 2 actors. Basically malone didnt know what he had in rh but fan response & the emmy suddenly he wanted to take credit for redeeming todd & now wanting to pair t& m when all susans pairings failed suede a repair w/ andrew . Josh griffith he credited as getting todd more redeemed but when griffith & producer gottlieb left malone went wild. That man had a ckoset rape fetish. Every story he did each year was dark rapes. Andrew accused falsley by marty of seducing teenaged billy. Then the gang rape then the serial rapist story then viki being molested by her own father. I do recall susan haskell saying near the end of the serial rapist & it being powell she wanted marty to always have the scars but was getting tired of that defining her character. Sadly she was the town pariah early on so the gang rape was only a year after she started so while todd had staryed moving into other stories her character was still very stuck in it. She also was upset they couldnt find her a love interest as polls kept coming in where todd & marty won in a landslide over any possible pairing. Todd moved on to blair his therapy about his childhood becoming a lord a newspaper publisher while marty was in a boring relationship w/ dylan. Or they went there again w/ marty into andrew & this time him kissing her back & being tempted. Tgis bothered her b/c when she was raped cassie & andrew were her biggest supporters. She also was taken in by them at the rectory when dorian bought her house plus cassie & andrew had just adopted a baby. So they pushed her back w/ dylan. I guess she complained again in 95 that she was at todds elbow during his first marriage to blair & when they split up. So they started upsetting roger w/ him now chasing marty when luna died & she dumped dylan b/c he wouldnt quit his community center job so marty & todd were doing a reversal where marty was being saved by him.

Sure is. Todd's a villain and badly damaged. He often hurts people with his manipulations, his tendency toward rage and meanness. But it's easy to forget/forgive his villainy because he's also complex, funny, nice looking and at times quite lovable.

That is why when Blair told Todd he made Starr lie, he told her she underestimates Starr, and she does. @Dayziecat She has ALWAYS played Blair, she's actually worse then her daddy in that area. Blair Never say Starr coming, while she always assumed Todd was screwing her. LOL
