Unfortunately the whole system is flawed and it starts with the prosecution because they did not have to charge him with that but the judge has to convict if the elements are met. Now with that being said the judge is obviously racism fit giving him 65 years, but even if the minimum was 10 years they are still running that young man’s life. We need more black prosecutors, judges, public defenders , etc., because the system is literally designed for racism and it’s easy for them to get away with it. It goes literally to the constitution which is why we need a rewrite of it.

Breaking into homes is a felony..... its a deadly game. I have heard of the law of parties some states have. It ain't necessarily fair but this is why you have to teach your kids about the law and being involved with friends who doing the wrong thing. Sad but it'll be a hard lesson to learn

The justice system is individual and unique to each case. Also defendants can choose if they want to get sentenced by judge or jury AND if we as a ppl know its not a fair system and racist, why do we continually put ourselves in these situations? Seems like we are the ones who should put 2 and 2 together....its very easy NOT to steal video games and not break into ppl houses. We got to stop making excuses for blk criminal behavior....regardless of the justice system. Tank, you know if someone broke into your home wife ur wife n kids you would have got your gun as well.
