Clearly a man of many talents! Another great video Andy. Even your "simple" cooking is still so impressive-very accurate knife cuts on fries and clearly a perfectly cooked cod- I salivated during that entire portion of the video! The idea of coating with chips is awesome, couple others I've also had success with: crushed up corn flakes or crushed up ritz crackers!

Well done Andy the fish Berger looked great and mouth watering something worth trying is cup of flower plain two dessert spoons of keens curry in a bag dust fish in bag and shallow fry as you just did on to a roll of salad and thousand island dressing give it a go you wont regret trying this one it works with any dispersal fish . Thanks for explaining more about how to use each lure in what area as they say give a man a fish he eats for a day but teach him how to catch a fish and he will eat every day thanks again for another great show see you next week MV-Joy C

I did try the chip crumb using Cc's on some Flathead fillets and was very nice after seeing one of Andy's episodes I recommend it so nice. Another great vid Andy, fishing has been tough here in Hervey Bay with Northerly winds hammering us in the afternoons and some mornings, but I will try the fish burger when I catch my next fish looks so yum keep up the great work 👌👍

That is my favorite way to eat fish. It is something you can do when you get home and you are hot and tired. I usually caramelize the onions but I am going to do what you did in the vid and just eat them raw. I think this is the first vid where you cooked a cod. Those fillets were beautiful.

next time try adding a half a teaspoon of chicken stock powder to your crumb mix and also on the fries before cooking its really good. good advice on learning about where the fish hang out, its the old saying "give a man a fish you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for life" another good vid

My brother does it with salt and vinegar chips and recommends it for the salt flavour that the fish flesh softens so no need to add extra salt. For a healthier choice I make fish wraps instead of burgers that taste really good too. At the end of the day fresh products equals awesome eating!

Quick tip,when your cooking potato chips, peel and cut up the potato and soak it in cold water for 5 minutes. It gets the starch out and makes the fries crispier! Thank me later 🙂
