So glad to see you will be making more vids. There are other good fishing channels with Texan fishermen making vids, but your channel, along with Thresher Fishing, and Jeff Bonham, I considered the triumvirate of Texas fishing KZbinrs when you guys were all active. Wish Jeff would come back to making vids too. As for ideas for the future, I don't think I have to tell you that you have a wonderful wife that most any fisherman would die for. She is skilled and photogenic, so I am glad you are planning to continue to include her in the future. The little competitions that you have had with her were very entertaining. Those jetty fishing vids with the guys and Cora were among the best, so hope to see more of those as well. Thanks Drew, for what you do.

Good to see you back! Amen re: CPR (aka catch and release) Creating content is hard. You live your passion from behind a lens and play to the camera instead of enjoying your passion. I have HOURS of video to compile and edit/publish from 5 years ago with an off the grid trip we took....except I was supposed ot be off grid and not on camera.....so no passion to share what truly wasnt off grid.

I had you in mind during the crazy Arctic blast Texas had, and when I saw aftermath videos and images. I hope you didn't get any damage to your house, which would include frozen pipes bursting. All those poor reds, trout, snook, etc.

Great video Drew. Lets go do some fishing sometime soon. It's been a while. Looks like the fishkill wasn't too bad in my area. Like you were saying, the bait fish took the hardest hit. I went out to Port O'Conner on Friday and the specks I caught were skinny and most had some of wounds/sores. The reds came up from around noon and were looking healthy and active.

I’ve been a subscriber to your channel for a couple years now and I feel like you need new direction to get your mojo back. I feel like you should start inviting people to fish with you. Not just Cora and your friends but total strangers. Here’s what I mean. Invite a cop or fireman or veteran on a trip. Not to just fish but to also learn something about each of those individuals. Each person has their own story. This will give your channel a distinction from all the other fishing channels.

This has happened before we jacked up the CO2 levels. Here are some years: 1821, 1884, 1895, 1899, then had almost an entire century of relief before the one in 1983, then 1989. I don't think this artic blast counts as an indicator to global warming. All those summer days in the triple digits however seem pretty legit considering I grew up on the beach and it never broke 100ºf when I was younger.
