Got my Pit Boss 4.5 yrs ago and absolutely love it. I smoke ribs, brisket, chicken, Thanksgiving turkeys and salmon. Grill burgers, wings, hotdogs/sausage. Reverse sear steaks and pork chops. Bake pizzas and pecan pies. The HEB Texas Originals Steak Seasoning is fantastic on steaks and the entire Meat Church line is hands down the best imo. You can find it at Academy or Buc-ee's. The Traeger app is also great for recipes (the Pit Boss app is terrible) and Matt Pittman from Meat Church has a YT channel. Welcome to the pellet gang!
